Overnight Postpartum Doula

Having an expert and compassionate person come stay overnight can make all the difference. As your overnight postpartum doula I will accommodate your needs whether you are breastfeeding or bottle feeding. Baby (or babies) is our main priority, I do not need an extra room to sleep. I will be staying up all night with your little one. I will help you get the rest you need in a loving and judgement free manner, so you can feel like yourself again.

I would love to chat and see what kind of support you are hoping for.

Postpartum Planning

Preparing for the fourth trimester is just as important as preparing for the birth. There are a ton of classes to help prepare your and your birth partner to welcome your baby earth-side but hardly anything to prepare once your baby is here.

These visits will help set up the stage for your postpartum period, so you can take care of yourself and your little one. Postpartum is not for a certain length of time. Its forever, so its important to have the knowledge and support you need.

We will have:

(1-3) prenatal visits virtually or in person (must be outside and socially distanced) to help prepare you for the postpartum period (1-2 hours each visit).

Help you create a postpartum plan.

Some things we will discuss are:

Meal train/ meal planning

What supplies might you need? Creating a healing kit. Discuss what sleep look like.

Resources for PPD/anxiety, lactation consultants. pelvic floor specialist, postnatal massage, baby and me yoga, and mom groups.

Phone, text, zoom and email support during your pregnancy. .

Breastfeeding/Bottle Feeding Support

And more.
