Pregnancy is beautiful and transformational time, but it can also bring up some fears and questions. It’s recommended not to tell anyone till 12 weeks, which leaves you in the dark till then.

I am offering a monthly Pregnancy Support Circle to discuss different topics related to pregnancy, birth, and postpartum. This is a safe, loving, and non judgement space for expecting mamas to connect and ask me, your doula in Fullerton any questions you may have.

Each month is a different topic where we share our fears, concerns, and I will help answer any questions you may have.

We will cover topics such as stages of labor, birth preference, preparing for a hospital birth, postpartum, and more. We will end class with a short meditation, you will also receive hand outs, journaling prompts and I will leave room for Q&A.
