Birth doula packages
My goal is to ensure that every person has an empowered birth experience, where they feel informed, supported, and loved. Whether you are planning a natural birth, medicated, unmedicated, home birth, birth center, hospital birth or cesarean I am here to support you.
No matter your decisions, I will respect and honor them by providing non-judgmental, unconditional support as I help guide you through this process. I will provide you and your birth partner continuous emotional support, physical comfort and assistance in obtaining information before, during and after childbirth.
Doula Support Without The Birth Support
Do you feel like you have enough support during your birth, but would like some support and guidance during your pregnancy.
Since 2019 I have been offering 1:1 ‘prenatal only visits’ during a families pregnancy to help answer any questions that may arise and provide families with evidence based information.
It includes (3-6) prenatal visits (depending on a family need) virtually or in person to help prepare you physically, mentally and emotionally for your birth.
We will briefly review the stages of labor.

Breathing Techniques.
Pregnancy tips, brief birth preparation and review of stages of labor.
Help you create a birth preference.
Discuss fears, concerns, desires and goals.
Phone, text, zoom and email support during your pregnancy. I love questions and want you to use me as a resource.
Access to my resource packet of evidence based informational handouts, resource list and essential oils guide for birth.
Private prenatal yoga
There is no on call birth support included in this package.

Doula Package A Overview:
- Complimentary meeting to see if we’re a good match.
- Extensive pregnancy tips, birth preparation, and breastfeeding handouts.
- We will meet virtually or in person for (2) prenatal visits to discuss signs and stages of labor, help you create a birth preference, discuss you and your partners fears/concerns, review comfort measures, breathing techniques and answer any questions you might have (1-2 hours).
- A list of local resources offering services to pregnancy, birth and beyond.
- Unlimited phone, text & email support throughout pregnancy.
- 10% off private yoga lessons, classes and workshops.
- I am on call for you 24/7 after 37 weeks until birth (2 weeks before / after due date).
- Guaranteed back-up doula.
- I provide immediate support for up to 2 hours after birth.
- (1) postpartum visit to discuss the birth, provide emotional support, breastfeeding support and any additional questions. Typically, 2-3 weeks after delivery ( 1-2 hours).

I require a non refundable 50% deposit at contract signing, with the remaining 50% due at or before 36 weeks.
Doula Package B overview:
- Everything listed in Package A
- Unlimited Yoga during pregnancy. Includes in person and livestream.
- 20% off Childbirth Education, Breastfeeding Classes, and other workshops.
- An additional postpartum visits to support your breastfeeding journey. (2-3 weeks after birth).

FULL VIRTUAL BIRTH DOULA
As if I were your birth doula in person, except everything is done virtually.
- Complimentary meeting to see if we’re a good match.
- Extensive pregnancy tips, birth preparation, and breastfeeding handouts.
- We will meet virtually for two prenatal visits to discuss signs and stages of labor, help you create a birth preference, discuss you and your partners fears/concerns, review comfort measures, breathing techniques and answer any questions you might have (1-2 hours).
- A list of local resources offering services to pregnancy, birth and beyond.
- Unlimited phone, text & email support throughout pregnancy.
- 10% off private yoga lessons, classes and workshops.
- I am on call for you 24/7 after 37 weeks until birth (2 weeks before / after due date). I will have contact with you via phone, text or FaceTime during labor- Guaranteed back-up doula.
- One postpartum visit to discuss the birth, provide emotional support. There is unlimited support via phone/email up until that postpartum meeting as well.
