I know how much emotions the first few weeks of motherhood can bring up. It’s a very tender, powerful, and beautiful period.
This is a time where we tune inward, honor the space and time to heal, bond with our babies and learn about ourselves as we enter this new phase. The postures, movements and breathing exercises will build strength, mobility, help you reconnect to your pelvic floor, and release tension.
The gentle baby yoga incorporated supports babies development of motor skills, coordination and balance. This is a safe space to connect with other mamas, connect with our little ones, breathe and gently move together.
Please feel free to participate as much as you’d like. I know our little ones require a lot of our attention, so if you need to feed, change, or hold your little ones please do so.
6 weeks - toddlers are welcome! Must be cleared by your care provider. Please bring with you a blanket for your baby to lay on.
If you’re unable to make it to class, there is no refund, please inform me and I will send you a recording.
